FACE TO FACE APPOINTMENTS
If you have had a positive covid test in the last couple of weeks or you have covid symptoms, new persistant cough, high temperature, loss of taste or smell DO NOT come down to the surgery for your appointment but call reception on 01273 431031 so we can re schedule this.

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

OUT OF HOURS APPOINTMENTS
Patients are now able to book appointments outside normal surgery hours. Appointments are available weekdays both early morning and evenings plus Saturday all day and Sunday morning. The surgeries will be located either at Benfield Valley Health Hub, formerly County Clinic or at Mile Oak Surgery. You can request to be booked into these clinics when you speak to Reception. Please note that these appointments can only be booked by our Receptionists.
Patient Online Access
Patient Online will help you to take greater control of your health and wellbeing by increasing online access to services. It will offer more convenience, choice and control in how you access GP services. You can download leaflets or call into the surgery for more information. You can also download the registration form which must be brought down to the surgery for verification purposes.
