Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.
Partners in Care
Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.
Healthwatch Brighton and Hove is conducting a major survey of patients using GP and other primary care services. This will hopefully provide valuable insight into quality of care. Please click on the link below to access the survey.
OUT OF HOURS APPOINTMENTS
Patients are now able to book appointments outside normal surgery hours. Appointments are available weekdays both early morning and evenings plus Saturday all day and Sunday morning. The surgeries will be located either at Benfield Valley Health Hub, formerly County Clinic or at Mile Oak Surgery. You can request to be booked into these clinics when you speak to Reception. Please note that these appointments can only be booked by our Receptionists.

It will offer more convenience, choice and control in how you access GP services. You can download leaflets or call into the surgery for more information.
