We encourage you to see the same doctor whenever possible. In this way you and your doctor can get to know each other so improving the quality of care. It is usually worth waiting a few days to see a doctor who knows your case.
You can book online via the link at the top of this page. You must first register with the surgery to us this service – click here for more information.
If you would like advice from a doctor or a nurse but do not need to see them face-to-face, telephone before 11:30 on 01273 431031.
It is helpful to let the receptionist who takes your call know about whom and what it concerns so that the relevant records are available. The doctor will ring back at their convenience. This is most commonly between 12:00 and 15:00, so please ensure that we have a mobile telephone number for you if you will not be at home during this time.
The surgery has trained chaperones to support patients during personal examinations. Chaperones may also be offered to support nervous or anxious patients. Please tell the reception staff, the doctor or nurse if you wish to have a chaperone.
Occasionally a chaperone may not be available. You have the right to decline or delay your examination until one is available.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. Remember if you are registered for online booking you can cancel your appointment online as well.
